Today’s Word of Strength Psalms 119 57 Jehovah is my portion: I have said that I would observe thy words. 58 I entreated thy favor with my whole heart: Be merciful unto me according to thy word. 59 I thought on my ways, And turned my feet unto thy testimonies. 60 I made haste, and delayed not, To observe thy commandments. 61 The cords of the wicked have wrapped me round; But I have not forgotten thy law. 62 At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee Because of thy righteous ordinances. (American Standard Version) Brothers and sisters there are many times when I like some of you come short of giving God the glory due His name, but one thing I am learning and I stress learning is that even when I slip God is ready to lift me up again. Micah 7 verse 8 says, “8Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.” (King James Version) Grow in grace, and let the peace of God rule your heart.
